Job Description

Type of Occupation	Design Lead and PM
Anticipated Work	・Confirmation and negotiation of project details with clients (building designers) and implementation of necessary proposals ・Design and realization of the client’s requirements, especially the architectural design, and in the case of Formwork 2.0, design and design of the formwork (including the interior part). ・Allocation of in-house assets (3DP, engineers, etc.) to each project and management of utilization ・Identification and management of the necessary processes related to construction (including the parts carried out by external entities) ・Proactively implement internal and external communications necessary to ensure smooth project progress
Required Skills	Required ・Computational design skills using Rhino + Grasshopper, etc. ・Project management skills Preferred ・Architect I ・Construction Management Technician I ・regular driver’s license
Desired Background	Required ・More than 3 years in architectural design business Preferred ・Experience using BIM (model creation work and data management) ・B to B sales experience (1+ years) ・PM experience on projects spanning more than 1 year (lead PM is preferred) ・Experience with 3D printers

Anticipated Work	・Identification of clients (contractors/PC plants/general contractors) and materialization of projects ・Establish and maintain smooth communication relationships with customers and up to the customer site ・Grasping customer requests and on-site customer conditions, communicating them internally, and making necessary adjustments. ・Prepare proposal materials, quotations, contract documents, and track and manage orders/invoices and payments ・Participate in and speak at events to identify/expand sales opportunities and prepare necessary materials
