Yasutomo Matsuoka
Born in Kamakura City, Kanagawa Prefecture, graduated from Eiko Gakuen Junior and Senior High School, graduated from the Department of Architecture at Tokyo University of the Arts, and completed the Interfaculty Initiative in Information Studies at the University of Tokyo. In 2006, joined Takenaka Corporation’s Technical Research Institute, engaged in research and development related to IoT/AI/VR/AR. In 2014, developed the large-scale 3D printer for architecture, “ArchiFab,” in collaboration with Keio University. From 2015, studied abroad at UC Berkeley in the United States, experiencing the startup culture in Silicon Valley. Upon returning, launched the open innovation department and engaged in supporting collaboration with construction tech startups. Since 2020, as a specially-appointed associate professor at Keio University, developed the new robot arm-type 3D printer, “ArchiFab Mai.” Founded DigitalArchi in June 2023 to utilize research results for solving social issues.

Hiroya Tanaka
Born in Sapporo City, Hokkaido, graduated from the Faculty of Integrated Human Studies and the Graduate School of Human and Environmental Studies (Master’s Program) at Kyoto University, and completed the Doctoral Program in Social Infrastructure Engineering at the Graduate School of Engineering, University of Tokyo. Holds a Doctorate in Engineering. Specializes in design engineering, 3D/4D printing, and circular urban design. Joined Keio University SFC as a lecturer in 2005, became an associate professor in 2008, and a professor in 2016. Studied abroad at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) as a visiting researcher in 2010. In 2014, developed the large-scale 3D printer “ArchiFab” in collaboration with Takenaka Corporation. Oversaw the production of 100 podiums using 24.5 tons of recycled plastic for the Tokyo 2020 Olympics and Paralympics. Graduates of the laboratory have founded numerous design tech companies such as VUILD, Nature Architects, Sekisai, Bite Bytes, among others. Also active as a research leader in national large-scale projects.

Hironao Takizawa
Born in Bunkyo Ward, Tokyo. Graduated from Gyosei Gakuen and the Faculty of Bioscience and Biotechnology at the Tokyo Institute of Technology. Worked in passenger system development and business planning at the ANA Group. After serving as the Metaverse Utilization Promotion PM at Nihon Web Concepts Co., Ltd., established T-SPOTs Co., Ltd. and assumed the position of representative director. Engages in system development utilizing the Metaverse and aviation system-related businesses. DX Promotion Advisor in Iiyama City, Nagano Prefecture.

Takeshi Hamachi
Coming from a background in system/network integration, after working in sales, business planning, and marketing promotion, obtained an MBA (Business Strategy) from Waseda University. Served as the head of an entrepreneur education program at an accelerator, contributing to new business creation, educational content development, mentoring, and the activation of business creation ecosystems. After serving as the COO of Spiral Corporation, currently serves as the representative of OpenCrucible LLC and advises multiple startups. Also holds positions as a recruited staff member at JAMSTEC and a forum speaker at JST, showcasing a wide range of professional experiences.

Mikiya Imai
After graduating from Nagoya University, worked as a sales representative for a major electronics manufacturer at Fujitsu. Engaged in statutory audits and IPO advisory at EY ShinNihon LLC, and worked as a consultant in strategy and accounting at Japan IBM (formerly IBCS). Led the formulation and implementation of business strategies and plans for the entire Global Business Services division. Later served as CFO at GLADD, a fashion e-commerce company, and joined Cinnamon AI from its founding stage, playing a pivotal role as a global CFO spanning Japan, Vietnam, Taiwan, and the United States, contributing to the expansion of the business. Holds certifications as a certified public accountant and tax accountant, and is a visiting entrepreneur at Keio University (Keio EIR program).

Hidekazu Tanaka
After graduating from the Faculty of Education at Wakayama University, worked in product marketing and corporate sales at 3M Japan. Ltd. and developed businesses such as private resort hotel norm. and outdoor wedding (spun off into wedding norm. Co., Ltd.). After working for a new business development support company, assisted many companies in corporate strategy formulation, system design, idea creation, PoC, etc., and served as the head of CVC establishment support business, founded Brocco Inc. and engaged in providing management strategy, investment, and business development support to large companies, start-ups, and local governments. Also serves as a mentor for the Tokyo NEXT 5G Booster Project of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government.

Graduated from Toin Gakuen Secondary School and the Faculty of Environment and Information Studies at Keio University.
At the PERSOL Group, a comprehensive human resource service provider, involved in planning and managing new business creation programs and enterprise sales at the company’s first venture. Currently, also working as a part-time employee at Keio University, supporting the creation and growth of deep-tech startups and community building projects in the Startup Division of the Innovation Promotion Division.

Engaged in the development of the next generation XR head-mounted display for CAD as an application leader at Sony Corporation as a principal occupation
